With all the fun of picking out decor for our lake house, I’ve fallen madly and irrevocably in love with wool camp blankets. You might recognize them better by Hudson Bay or Pendleton. But they’re ridiculously expensive, even the vintage (read: used) ones, soo I’m continually on the hunt. Here are some of my favorite ones – and if you see one in a vintage store, buy it!!
ONE // TWO // THREE (similar) // FOUR // FIVE // SIX // SEVEN // EIGHT
If you’re not dead set on only the Hudson Bay stripe (by far the most popular – and I daresay expensive), there are plenty of other options. Keep in mind with all this gorgeous virgin wool, they’re still not going to be cheap. My personal favorite find are these custom throws by MacAusland Woolen mills on Prince Edward Island in Canada.
