Ok, don’t shoot me – I know Halloween was only yesterday. But it’s time to think about CHRISTMAS!!!!! (said in Oprah voice)

Mark your calendar for Friday, November 17th.  I’ve been in planning mode since August with the women’s ministry of Crossings Community Church. They invited me and several other interior designers, stylists, and bakers to pass along tips and techniques to bring your Christmas entertaining skills up to the next level. It’s going to be a fun night full of Christmas workshops to help you get the look you want for your holiday decor, whether it’s traditional, farmhouse, or everything shiny & bright as well as step by step baking & cookie decorating classes.

No shocker here, but I’ll be leading a class on whimsical, colorful holiday decorating and I’m entitling my theme “Oh What Fun!”. We’ll be chatting about decorating your tree (WHITE TREES!!! WHEE!), doing some unexpected and fun stuff to your mantel, gift wrap tips, and setting a fun holiday table. Bonus — most of the things I’m doing are totally kidproof, too.

And everyone, regardless of which class they choose, will get a goody bag full of all kinds of items to help you implement your newly-acquired skills. (SWAG BAG ALERT – we’ve handpicked everything going into them and they are good!)
