I closed my shop in 2016 to take a break from designing products and work on honing my style overall. It’s been a welcome break, but I’m ready to hop back into it; I’ve finally got something to say visually again and it feels so good to be designing again. I’m excited to announce that I’m participating in @annieselke and @apartmenttherapy‘s Rug Design Challenge. Along with 15 other bloggers & influencers, I’ll be submitting a few designs that will be featured on the @annieselke Instagram account. Voting will begin on July 6th and the top 10 designs will go into production and released at High Point Market in NC in April 2018.

There’s 15 bloggers in total, and it’s a really talented group! I’ll be honest – I’m a little intimidated by all the potential here.
