Gingham seems to be cropping up everywhere lately. I’m really attracted to this pattern but I’m glad to see it in a more modern interpretation these days. It’s in fashion and in interiors as well as paper goods.
Hastens bed in blue gingham. It would almost be a shame to put sheets on this bed!
Totally hokey-looking with the toile, but I think this could be really crisp and modern paired against a great contrasting color like robin’s egg blue or pale green.

At less than $25, this shirtdress from Old Navy would be an inexpensive way to include the trend in your wardrobe. I tried this one on in-store, and while I’m not much of an ON fan b/c of the poor quality, I did really like the way this dress fit.
I’ve shown this photo before from Lucy & Co., and while I still hate the furnishings — too country — I adore the way the walls look.
An excellent way to mix fabrics and still come out on top. Notice the little gingham ottoman. Perfection.
