Sitting in the lovely gardens is one of my favorite things to do in Paris. Especially this one at the Tuileries where the little kids push the boats around the pond with sticks.

I do not get how the French think that 75 degrees is cold weather. Everyone is in their jeans, long sleeves, blazers, scarves, and sweaters. And they look impossibly chic.  Then there’s me, red in the face, sweaty, in that I’m-really-not-letting-myself-go-I’m-pregnant phase.  Not to mention I’m like 4x bigger than everyone else here.  Darn those French women and their skinny hips and thighs the size of my arms.

Here we are with our Velib bikes.  Too fun.  Although I will say that I have zero doubt that everyone saw my fanny as my dress was really too short to be riding bikes.  Oh well. Just a few catcalls.  I still got it, y’all. 🙂

I really want a pair of these reclined chairs for our backyard.  You’d be surprised how crazy comfy they really are.  A French company makes them and they come in 24 different colors.

::sigh::  It’s just so darn beautiful.  Such a dream!
