This week’s pattern love is brought to you by minimalism and it’s all about that grid. Is it 80s or 90s? I can’t quite decide, but I’ve been gravitating toward this pattern, and it’s popping up in home, fashion, and kid gear. Europe and Australia have been on this graphic bandwagon for awhile and I think it’ll be more mainstream in the US soon.
For the record, my husband has been making fun of me nonstop, leaning over my shoulder right now saying “STOP TRYING TO MAKE GRIDS HAPPEN, GRETCHEN.”
Whatevs. Talk to the grid:
So minimalist, right? It feels so fresh and clean. I don’t know that I’m prepared to commit to an all black and white wardrobe anytime soon, but I do like this trend, especially in kids stuff. Here’s a few different options to get the look – many of these are European shops, so heads up on shipping costs, etc.
