Simon and I have been talking about the things we’d like to do to our house, now that we’ve been here for nearly 3 1/2 years. Isn’t it funny how you can have definite opinions about how you dislike something, but then never make the change? That’s how I feel about some of the light fixtures in our house; I’m tired of just ignoring them and I’d really like to enjoy them. Light fixtures are the interior equivalent of great jewelry. There’s just something about a gorgeous fixture that completes a room!
Here are some of my favorites. We are in the market for a pair of sconces for the stairwell, a pendant or chandelier for the kitchen, and – if I’m allowed to dream big — some ceiling fixtures for the bedrooms.
