When we came home from France, there were two surprises waiting.  One was a brand new sparkly refrigerator in our kitchen, courtesy of my awesomely generous parents. I mean really — that was above & beyond!  But then the other great surprise was that my mom had adopted three (!) of the most precious little Chihuahua puppies that any of us have ever seen!  They are as yet unnamed, but aren’t they the most precious little things you’ve ever seen?  All 3 are girls and we are all madly in love with them.

The two white ones like to wrestle it out and the little long-haired brown one definitely does not like it when they get all up in her business.

Jude says this one is his “favorite.”

Dad says this one is his favorite.  She’s pretty sweet — she’ll just lay in your lap forever.  The other two are a little bit feistier.

This pretty much insures that I’ll be at Mom & Dad’s practically every single day for the rest of the summer because the lure of the puppies is just too strong! Ahhh!
