I lOVE receiving new custom commissions for invitations (or really any other print project, for that matter).  Right now I’m up to my eyeballs in work, which is fantastic, especially when I can work with awesome clients.  One of my neighbors contacted me about doing custom invitations for her daughter’s birthday party, and I loved the idea that she tossed to me of “having a ball” (no pun intended. maybe).   Playing off the theme of cute bubbly beach balls, this was one of the proofs that I presented to her.

This particular set has such a fun nautical feel to it, and I love how playful they are.  Double-sided 5x7s, they fit perfectly in a red envelope – aren’t they so cheerful?

I think they’d work well for any age birthday party.

In the end, we decided to switch up the color scheme a little and add more girly colors to it (you should see it with just pink and purple beach balls! OH MY!) but this one is probably my most favorite of all. I’m adding it over to the shop!  Check it out!
