Admittedly, these aren’t going to be for everyone. But you have to agree — they’re interesting and different. And no, they won’t be the classic shoe that you reach for year after year. Still  — they’d be pretty cute with a lot of different things! Leave it to Gwen Stefani to make a crazy open-toed bootie. With ruffles.
