! Fiesta !

Miscellaneous

It was an exciting Fortieth Fiesta for my brother Earl last night. For the past few weeks, my sister, sister-in-law, and I have been working on plans for his big day. My sister’s yard is the perfect setup for a party with their tennis court.

I love a good party and working on all the nitty gritty details. Our theme was based on a Caspari Paper spring stripe, and I purchased ribbons and the Martha Stewart flowers (see below) to match. Mom and Dad went through old photos of Earl and came up with 400 (no kidding!) for us to use in various ways. Amy worked really hard on the centerpieces and the huge photo display.

Amy’s fantastic centerpieces. (Note Benjamin dancing to the Mexican music in the background.)

Mom and Dad always come up with creative drinks.

Is there anything better than chips, salsa, and queso? I think not!
with love,
Rachel
